Netweb Technologies vs TCS — which has the stronger story?

TCS
Netweb's Q1 FY27 was exceptional: revenue reached ₹819.7 crore, up 172% YoY, while PAT jumped 180% to ₹85.3 crore. The AI Systems business alone contributed ₹510.6 crore, up more than 484% YoY, and accounted for about 62% of revenue. The company had an order book of around ₹2,507 crore, another ₹848 crore of L1 orders, and a large pipeline. Management indicated that roughly 40–45% of the order book is linked to AI, making Netweb a direct beneficiary of India's AI infrastructure build-out. The risk is that such explosive growth creates very high expectations. Netweb is also much smaller than TCS, has greater working-capital requirements and is exposed to expensive GPUs, memory and other imported components. Recent Nvidia-related server price increases could put pressure on AI-infrastructure economics. 🏦 TCS — slower growth but much stronger stability TCS is growing much more slowly, but the quality and predictability of the business are substantially higher. Q1 FY27 revenue was ₹72,275 crore, up 13.9% YoY, while PAT rose 4.6% to ₹13,349 crore. Operating margin was 24%. Its AI revenue run-rate reached $2.6 billion, up 13.6% QoQ, and Q1 TCV was $9.5 billion.

🔥 GPU Infrastructure: India’s Next Big Growth Theme

🔥 GPU Infrastructure: India’s Next Big Growth Theme The AI revolution is creating massive demand for computing power. According to the chart, Cloud GPU infrastructure is projected to grow at a ~50.2% CAGR till FY30, far ahead of traditional Data Centres (~20.7%) and Cloud Services (~23.6%). 📈 Cloud GPU market: $67 Mn → $514 Mn by FY30E — nearly 7.7X growth. For investors, the opportunity extends beyond GPU manufacturers:

CUPID
🔹 E2E Networks & ESDS – Direct cloud/data-centre infrastructure exposure 🔹 Netweb Technologies – HPC, servers & computing infrastructure AI needs GPUs → GPUs need servers → servers need data centres → data centres need power & cooling. The AI boom is increasingly becoming an infrastructure boom. 🚀 #AI #GPU #DataCenters #Netweb #E2ENetworks #ESDS #StockMarket #IndianStocks

💥 INDIA’S DATA CENTER BOOM — BUT HERE’S THE REAL STORY

💥 INDIA’S DATA CENTER BOOM — BUT HERE’S THE REAL STORY AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Payments aur increasing data consumption ke saath India mein Data Centers ki demand rapidly grow ho rahi hai. i 👇

NETWEB
Moody’s ke analysis ke according, India ka Data Center capex construction phase mein 2025 nominal GDP ka around 0.10% contribute kar sakta hai. Additional power-generation investment se around 0.03% aur contribution aa sakta hai. 👉 Total estimated GDP impact: ~0.13% 👉 Approx. $9 billion GDP impact Lekin employment impact comparatively small reh sakta hai — next four years mein around 0.02% increase ka estimate hai. Why? Because Data Centers are highly capital-intensive, not highly employment-intensive. But investors ke liye bigger opportunity kahan hai? Data Center ecosystem sirf servers aur buildings tak limited nahi hai. It creates a broader value chain: ⚡ Power Infrastructure 🖥️ High-Performance Computing 🌐 Connectivity & Networking 🏢 Data Center Infrastructure ☁️ Cloud Computing 🤖 AI Infrastructure Stocks investors are tracking 👇 ✅ Netweb Technologies ✅ E2E Networks ✅ ESDS ✅ Black Box ✅ Marine Electricals ✅ Anant Raj But remember: A strong theme ≠ every stock is a good investment. Before investing, check: • Valuation • Earnings Growth • Debt • Cash Flow • Order Book • Execution • Future Profitability The biggest opportunity may not be in the company running the data center — it could be in the companies supplying the power, equipment, connectivity and computing infrastructure behind it. India’s Data Center story is therefore not just an IT story. It is a combination of AI + Power + Infrastructure + Real Estate + Connectivity. The theme is exciting. But smart investors don't simply buy the theme. They buy the right business at the right valuation. — Neha Gupta SEBI Registered Research Analyst #DataCenters #AI #India #StockMarket #Investing #AIInfrastructure #PowerStocks #DataCenterStocks #NSE #BSE

AI Data Centres: The Next Fibre Digital Infrastructure Wave

AI-driven data centres are increasing demand for optical fibre, connectivity, power, servers, cooling, and digital infrastructure across India’s economy rapidly. Imagine India’s AI story as a highway being built at full speed. AI models may be the vehicles, but **data centres, fibre networks, power and connectivity are the roads**. That is why **Sterlite Technologies (STLTECH)** has attracted market attention. On September 4, STL touched a 5% upper circuit after announcing its FY27–29 “Lakshya” roadmap. The company is targeting **₹20,000 crore revenue by FY29**, versus about ₹4,750 crore in FY26, while targeting EBITDA margins above 27%. It also plans around **₹3,000 crore capex** to expand capacity by roughly 50%. If AI and data-centre investment accelerates, the opportunity can spread across the **Nifty 500 ecosystem**: 🔹 **

STLTECH
** – optical fibre & connectivity 🔹 **Techno Electric & Engineering** – power and data-centre infrastructure 🔹 **Netweb Technologies** – AI servers and high-performance computing 🔹 **Black Box** – networking and digital infrastructure 🔹 **E2E Networks** – AI/cloud infrastructure 🔹 **Anant Raj** – data-centre infrastructure and real estate These companies participate at different points of the digital-infrastructure chain, so their business drivers and risks are not identical. **Key lesson for learners:** Instead of looking only for an “AI stock,” study the entire value chain—**fibre → networking → servers → power → data centres → cloud**. STL’s recent order-book strength and Q1 FY27 performance show why connectivity is becoming an important part of the AI infrastructure story. ⚠️ **Educational purpose only. This is not investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, or a stock tip. Stocks mentioned are for understanding sector linkages. Investors should conduct independent research and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser where appropriate.**
