TCS Q2 Results: Net profit rises 15% to ₹13,884 crore

TCS Q2 Results: Net profit rises 15% to ₹13,884 crore, beats estimates SEBI RA – Shubh Consultancy – Sunil Kotak – INH000015826

TCS
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) net profit grew 14.9 per cent to ₹13,884 crore while revenue grew 11 per cent to ₹73,188 crore, trumping brokerage expectations for the September-ending quarter of 2026-27. The company beat the Street estimates of rupee revenue estimates are largely around the ₹73,000 crore mark and net profit of close to ₹13,700 crore. Net profit grew 4 per cent and revenue grew 1.26 per cent on a quarterly basis. Annualised AI revenue run-rate stood at $3.1 billion, a sequential increase of 19 per cent. “This quarter we announced two unique deals with Porsche and Best Buy which represent a new category of transformation partnerships. Together with our clients, we are building repeatable value platforms that will industrialise AI at scale,” said K Krithivasan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Total contract value (TCV) was reported at $9.6 billion, marginally higher than the last quarter but within brokerage expectations. Operating margin remained at 24 per cent, bucking estimates of healthy margin growth. The Board of Directors also declared a second interim dividend of ₹12 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of TCS. AI-led growth Despite beating the Street, one analyst on anonymity said revenue actually declined on a non-AI basis. Other income also helped keep the profit growth positive. Meanwhile, the BSNL deal and pricing deflation kept the Indian market volatile and the margin flattish. “Overall results are largely in-line with our expectations. However notable fact is q-o-q improvement in growth in international. Annualised AI revenue, crosses 10 per cent of sales. Q2 TCV deals are decent, especially on a sequential basis,” said Sandeep Shah, Director Equity Research at Equirus Securities. All this is for information This is not a buy/sell recommendation.

360 ONE WAM names new CEO, triangle eyes 1,223 and 1000

360 ONE WAM named Aashish Agarwal CEO, while the weekly triangle has support at Rs 1,000 and resistance at Rs 1,223. 360 ONE WAM Limited [

360ONE
] has named Aashish Agarwal as CEO, effective 15 February 2027. The stock price closed in green for the third consecutive sessions. The weekly chart now shows a symmetrical triangle nearing a decision. Karan Bhagat moves to vice chairman and stays managing director. Yatin Shah continues to lead wealth management. A planned handover at a firm managing over Rs 7.8 lakh crore of assets reduces uncertainty, and the founders stay in senior roles. Price is near the lower trendline of a triangle that has formed since the peak near 1,318. Weekly RSI is 42.75, below its average of 51.49, so momentum is soft. Support is Rs 950, with the earlier swing low at Rs 906 below it. Resistance is Rs 1,223. A weekly close above Rs 1,223 would turn me positive. A weekly close below Rs 950 would break the pattern to the downside. The weekly volume is key to watch. A breakout on thin volume would not convincing. Diclouser: I do not hold any position in this stock. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. 63 MOONS TECHNOLOGIES — PROMOTER SELLING ALERT

63MOONS
Technologies (63MOONS) has witnessed another promoter-group market sale with PRAKASH B SHAH selling 2 000 shares at ₹825.98 amounting to approximately ₹16.52 lakh on 30 September 2026. The reported transaction reduced the promoter-group holding by around 0.01 percentage point from 0.04% to 0.03% for the concerned holder. This is particularly noteworthy because the same promoter had also reported sales earlier in September including 14 337 shares and 5 000 shares indicating repeated selling activity during the month. What does it indicate? Repeated promoter selling can act as a supply-side signal especially when multiple sales occur within a short period. However investors should not interpret a single promoter transaction as an automatic bearish signal—the reason for the sale and the overall promoter holding are important. As of June 2026 the overall promoter holding in 63 Moons was reported at 45.63% so the transaction highlighted above represents only a small change relative to the company's total promoter ownership.
