Antala Industries Ltd.- Strengths and benefits
- Niche market focus: The company concentrates on a specific segment of packaging. It pairs this with quality and timely delivery, which helps it compete in the industry.
- Quality assurance standards: It holds quality and environment management certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Experienced promoters: Both lead promoters have over 29 years in the packaging industry, covering manufacturing, product development and customer relationships.
- Improving financials: Revenue rose from ₹12.51 crore in FY 2023–24 to ₹47.40 crore in FY 2025–26. Over the same period, EBITDA margin improved from 10.88% to 12.97%.
Antala Industries Ltd- Risks and limitations
- Customer concentration: The top 10 customers contributed 47.43% of revenue in FY 2025–26 and 56.43% in the six months ended 30 September 2026. Losing a major customer could hurt revenue.
- Geographical dependence: Gujarat contributed about 71.08% of revenue in FY 2025–26. Any slowdown in the state could affect overall business. The company also operates from a single manufacturing facility in Rajkot.
- Raw material and working capital risk: Raw materials play a central role in manufacturing, and the business needs substantial inventory. Inventory stood at ₹17.96 crore as of 30 September 2026, against total assets of ₹34.88 crore.
- Limited contract protection: The company mostly operates without long-term customer agreements. It also reported negative operating cash flow in the period from 5 August 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Antala Industries IPO Review
The Antala Industries IPO is an SME issue of ₹ 23.33cr priced at ₹63–₹67 per share (lot of 2,000). Revenue is up to ₹ 47.40 crore in FY2025–26, and profit is ₹ 4.24 crore. The company is of course subject to the usual risks of customer concentration, dependence on Gujarat and a single manufacturing facility. The latest reported GMP is ₹0 (i.e. no premium estimated over the upper price band) although GMP is not an official figure and could well change. The balance of the company’s financial performance against the operational risks and the IPO valuation will be the key consideration for investors.
