eMudhra Update: 654 Resistance Tested, Cools Off

Following our earlier commentary on

EMUDHRA
trendline breakout, the stock went on to test the 654 resistance zone flagged at the time, touching a high near 677 before correcting slightly to settle at 613.45. This is a textbook instance of a prior support level acting as a resistance on the first approach, with the stock cooling off rather than breaking through in one attempt. Resistance: 654, then the 830 the next reaction touch point of the trendline from the earlier downtrend. Support: 565, then 515-530. RSI at 64.52 remains in bullish territory, suggesting the broader momentum from the trendline breakout is still intact even as price digests the move near resistance. Whether the 654 zone gets taken out on a subsequent attempt, and whether the 565 support continues to hold on any deeper pullback, will be the things to track from here. Resistance levels are rarely cleared on the first test — a pause or pullback at a flagged level is a normal part of price discovery, not necessarily a failure. eMudhra Ltd – Company Fundamental Analysis

EMUDHRA
eMudhra Ltd is an Indian digital identity and cybersecurity technology company providing digital signature certificates, PKI solutions, identity management, paperless transformation and trust services. Its business is benefiting from the global shift toward digital authentication, secure transactions and regulatory compliance. The company has also been expanding internationally and moving beyond traditional digital-signature products toward enterprise identity and cybersecurity solutions, creating scope for recurring and higher-value revenue. FY26 was a strong year financially. Consolidated total income increased 35.1% to ₹713.2 crore, while EBITDA rose 32.6% to ₹165.4 crore and PAT increased 26.2% to ₹110 crore. Adjusted PAT, excluding certain acquisition and ESOP-related items, increased 28.8% to ₹121.8 crore. The company maintained a healthy gross margin of 53.8% and EBITDA margin of 23.2%, demonstrating good operating economics despite continued investments in expansion. The latest Q1 FY27 results indicate that growth is continuing, with the company highlighting increasing focus on product-led growth, enterprise solutions and international expansion. The key opportunity is the transition from certificate-based services toward broader digital identity, cybersecurity and trust-management solutions, which can increase the addressable market. Risks include dependence on regulatory frameworks, competition from global cybersecurity and identity providers, acquisition execution and the need to maintain margins while investing for growth. Overall, eMudhra has a strong structural growth opportunity, healthy profitability and an increasingly diversified technology portfolio, but investors should monitor whether international expansion and newer product offerings can sustain the company's high historical growth rates.

eMudhra Shares Jump 12% for Second Straight Session

EMUDHRA
eMudhra shares jumped nearly 12%, extending gains for the second consecutive session amid strong buying interest. The rally followed a sharp rise in trading activity and renewed investor focus on the company’s digital signature, digital identity and cybersecurity businesses. The company operates in the digital trust services space, providing solutions such as digital signatures, public key infrastructure, identity verification and cybersecurity services. These businesses are linked to the growing adoption of digital transactions, electronic authentication and regulatory requirements across enterprises and government institutions. The recent price movement has brought eMudhra back into focus among market participants. However, after a sharp short-term rise, investors may track trading volumes, upcoming financial results, business growth and valuation levels to assess whether the momentum can continue.

The chart shows a bullish ascending-triangle breakout

EMUDHRA
eMudhra — Triangle Breakout The chart shows a bullish ascending-triangle breakout. Price was forming higher lows along the rising lower trendline, while the ₹550–₹565 zone acted as the upper resistance. The sharp move above this resistance indicates a breakout from the triangle, accompanied by strong price momentum. Breakout zone: ₹550–₹565 Immediate support after breakout: ₹560–₹580 Next support: ₹520–₹540 Immediate resistance: ₹675–₹680 Higher resistance: ₹710–₹720, near the previous major high The breakout is significant because price has moved decisively above the triangle's upper boundary. The stock closed at ₹592.85 on September 15 after gaining 20%, with substantially higher trading activity than recent sessions. In simple terms: eMudhra has broken out of a multi-month ascending triangle after forming higher lows, indicating a major expansion in price momentum. The ₹550–₹565 breakout zone can now become an important support area; a successful retest and bullish price action around this zone would provide further confirmation of the breakout.

eMudhra Breaks Long-Term Trendline Resistance

EMUDHRA
has broken out of its long-term falling trendline resistance, with price reclaiming the 565 support zone that now coincides with the breakout point, last trading near 592.85, up 20% in day hitting the upper freeze. The move is backed by a visible pickup in volumes, adding conviction to the trendline breakout after a prolonged downtrend that had been in place since early 2025. Resistance: the 654 level marked on the chart, then the 735-810 zone from the earlier downtrend. Support: 565, then 515-530. RSI at 62.55 is firmly in bullish territory, a level that has coincided with sustained moves in the past. Whether the stock can build on this trendline breakout toward the 654 resistance will depend on the 565 zone continuing to hold as support on any pullback. A trendline breakout carries more weight when it's accompanied by a volume pickup and RSI moving into bullish territory — together they suggest broader participation, not just a single move.
