Strengths of Credent Connect
- Credent does not rely on just one line of business. For FY2026, healthcare services accounted for 43.04% of revenue, operations and supply chain management 27.67%, logistics services 25.26% and other services 4.03%.
- Its revenue also comes from several states. Maharashtra contributed 29.40% of FY2026 revenue, followed by Uttar Pradesh at 26.83%, Delhi at 10.93% and Karnataka at 10.55%.
- The company has built a sizeable healthcare logistics network. The company worked with 2,530 diagnostic laboratories as of 31 March 2026, up from 2,256 in FY2025 and 1,675 in FY2024.
Risks of Credent Connect
- A small group of customers still contributes a large share of business. The top five customers accounted for 59.05% of FY2026 revenue, compared with 56.05% in FY2025 and 65.37% in FY2024.
- Collections are important for day-to-day cash flow. Trade receivables stood at about ₹58.83 crore in FY2026, so delays in customer payments can increase funding pressure.
- Moving diagnostic samples leaves little room for error. The company operated 97 commercial vehicles as of 30 June 2026, and delays, damage or contamination can lead to claims and added costs.
- Staff retention is another operating concern. Employee attrition stood at 19.16% in FY2026, which matters for a business that depends on field staff across many locations.
Credent Connect N Care IPO Review
Credent Connect N Care operates in healthcare logistics and related support services, including diagnostic sample movement, staffing and technology-enabled operations. Its integrated service model, established client relationships and presence across healthcare segments support the business case for the IPO.
However, the company remains exposed to customer concentration, contract renewals and risks linked to handling time-sensitive healthcare shipments. The IPO is also an SME issue, where liquidity after listing can be lower than in mainboard stocks. Overall, investors should weigh the company’s specialised business model against its operational and issue-related risks before deciding.
