Bharat Forge rebounds towards a falling 20-day average

Bharat Forge Limited has produced a strong green daily candle after its latest decline, with the displayed price at ₹1,880.30 almost matching the session high of ₹1,881. The small shadows and substantial body show a firm buying response from ₹1,825, although the candle needs to complete before its final shape can be assessed.

BHARATFORG
rebound comes near the ₹1,820–₹1,850 area tested during September. That location makes it a possible attempt to build support. However, the stock has continued forming lower highs since its August peak near ₹2,300, so one strong candle has yet to change the corrective structure. The 20-day moving average at ₹1,939.85 is still sloping down beneath the 55-day average at ₹2,056.61. The longer average has also turned lower. Neither shows clear stabilisation yet, making ₹1,940 the first meaningful resistance test. A recovery above it would need to hold on a pullback before the short-term trend could improve. MACD remains cautious. Its line at −41.67 is below the signal at −36.67, with a negative histogram of −5.00. The brief positive histogram during September did not develop into a sustained recovery. Renewed contraction of the negative bars would suggest easing selling pressure, but a bullish crossover has not appeared. Bharat Forge’s manufacturing exposure spans automotive and industrial applications. Demand from customers, export conditions and capacity utilisation matter to earnings, alongside the profitability of newer businesses. Follow-through above ₹1,881 would strengthen the immediate bounce and put ₹1,940 in view. Beyond that, ₹2,000 and the 55-day average near ₹2,057 are the next hurdles. A sustained break below ₹1,820 would undermine the support attempt and expose ₹1,800, followed by the earlier ₹1,700–₹1,750 region.

Today's 4 IPOs Subscription Update: BUT THIS ONE IS CRAZY!

The IPO market is seeing sharply different levels of investor interest across today's four major issues. While Adroit Industries has attracted extraordinary demand across every investor category, Elevate Campuses is seeing relatively muted participation from HNI investors. Here's the latest subscription picture: 1. Adroit Industries IPO ( Stocks in Focus-

Some issues are seeing massive oversubscription, while others are attracting more selective participation. For investors, subscription numbers can indicate demand, but they do not guarantee listing gains or future stock performance.

Automotive Axles revises FY27 outlook up.

Automotive Axles Limited

AUTOAXLES
management has revised its outlook for FY27 upwards. The company now sees a milder industry volume decline than earlier expected. Management earlier expected industry volumes to be 15-20 percent lower than FY26. The revised view points to a 5-10 percent dip or even matching last year’s levels in a best case. Capacity expansion remains on track to support demand. The key change is the upward revision from a 15-20 percent drop to a 5-10 percent range for FY27 industry volumes. This improves visibility for axle makers. Peers such as Bharat Forge, Ramkrishna Forgings and Sona BLW may benefit from better CV demand. Near-term price support is possible on the improved outlook. Risks include monsoon or geopolitical factors affecting actual volumes. Competitors listed: Bharat Forge, Ramkrishna Forgings, Sona BLW. We have no financial interest in this news.

bharat forge wait for the buy on dip opportunity

BHARATFORG
Bharat Forge Ltd. (NSE: BHARATFORG) is a diversified engineering and manufacturing company with exposure to automotive, industrial, defence, aerospace, rail, energy and other sectors. The company has been expanding beyond its traditional forging business, particularly into defence and aerospace, which are important parts of the current investment narrative. As of 24 September 2026, Bharat Forge was trading around the ₹2,000–₹2,011 zone. Its 52-week range is approximately ₹1,179–₹2,295, with the 52-week high recorded in August 2026. 1. Technical Structure From a technical perspective, the ₹1,950–₹2,000 region is an important support area. Recent price data shows that the stock moved from around ₹1,878 on September 15 to nearly ₹2,000 by September 24. The recent trading range also shows repeated buying interest around the ₹1,940–₹1,970 region. Current moving-average data places the 50-day moving average around ₹1,960 and the 100-day moving average around ₹1,958, while the 200-day average is close to ₹2,002. This makes the following zones relevant for technical observation: Support zone: ₹1,950–₹1,970 Immediate support: ₹1,985–₹2,000 Immediate resistance: ₹2,020–₹2,035 Next resistance zone: ₹2,050–₹2,075 Major psychological resistance: ₹2,100 The daily pivot calculation on September 24 places the pivot around ₹2,002, with resistance levels around ₹2,009 and ₹2,020. Therefore, sustaining above ₹2,000 and subsequently overcoming the ₹2,020–₹2,035 area would be an important technical development. On the other hand, sustained weakness below the ₹1,950 region would indicate deterioration in the near-term structure. 2. Fundamental Performance Bharat Forge's FY26 consolidated revenue was approximately ₹16,812 crore, compared with ₹15,123 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit increased to approximately ₹1,089 crore from ₹913 crore in FY25.

Bharat Forge raises ₹2,000 crore through QIP

Bharat Forge Limited (NSE: BHARATFORG) has completed a Qualified Institutions Placement, raising ₹2,000 crore. The company allotted 1,05,82,010 new equity shares at ₹1,890 per share. Key details • The QIP closed on September 22, 2026. • Issue price was ₹1,890 per share, around 2.96% below the floor price of ₹1,947.70. • Government of Singapore received around 16.8% of the shares offered in the QIP, making it the largest allottee. • The fresh issue increases Bharat Forge’s equity base, so existing shareholders will see some dilution. My view The ₹2,000 crore fundraise gives Bharat Forge additional capital at a time when it is expanding across defence, aerospace and other businesses. The important trade-off is dilution. Raising equity improves financial flexibility, but the additional shares mean future earnings will be spread across a larger equity base. So the real test is how effectively Bharat Forge deploys this capital and whether the return generated from new investments exceeds the impact of dilution. What I’m watching next I will watch the company’s disclosure on utilisation of the QIP proceeds, future capex and whether the fundraise translates into faster growth in its newer businesses. Stance: Positive on the additional financial flexibility, but capital deployment and dilution are the key factors to monitor. Disclosure: I do not have any holding or position in the stock mentioned above.

**Hero Motors IPO Debut: India’s Auto Ecosystem**

Here is a **SEBI-compliant educational post**, written as a short market story, with NIFTY 500 stock names linked to the broader two-wheeler/auto-component theme. Hero Motors listed at a 2% discount to its IPO price before later moving sharply higher. Imagine the stock market as a busy highway. A new vehicle enters the road today, but investors immediately start watching the companies supplying its engines, components, technology and supporting infrastructure. **Hero Motors** made its stock-market debut on September 23, initially listing around 2% below its IPO price. The IPO itself had attracted strong demand, receiving bids for 58.97 crore shares against 8.86 crore shares offered. The interesting lesson is not simply whether the IPO listed at a premium or discount. It is how investors can look beyond one company and understand the **broader automobile value chain**. • **

HEROMOTOCO
** – two-wheeler industry exposure • **Bharat Forge** – automotive and engineering components • **Endurance Technologies** – two-wheeler and automotive components • **Motherson** – global automotive component ecosystem • **Bosch** – automotive technology and components These companies do not automatically benefit from Hero Motors' listing, and their share prices can be influenced by completely different business and market factors. The bigger learning is simple: **when a new company enters the market, study the entire industry chain—not just the headline stock.** **A new IPO can help investors study an entire industry ecosystem, but each company requires independent analysis of fundamentals, valuation, risks and performance.** **Educational Disclaimer:** This post is strictly for educational and informational purposes. It is not a stock tip, investment recommendation, buy/sell call, or assurance of returns. Investors should conduct independent research and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions.
