Blackbuck injects ₹22 crore into PPI subsidiary

Blackbuck injected ₹21.99 crore into its subsidiary TZF Logistics to fund its RBI-approved prepaid payment instrument (PPI) wallet. Concurrently, it transferred its ₹887 million Loads Business to a separate wholly-owned subsidiary via a slump sale. The capital infusion ensures TZF meets RBI norms for its July 2025 PPI license, while the slump sale isolates the asset-light Loads unit, which contributed 12.6% of FY26 revenue on just 0.07% of net worth. This matters because it structurally separates high-growth fintech operations from core logistics, improving regulatory compliance and operational clarity. I am watching the Q3 FY27 earnings for the first PPI transaction volume metrics from TZF and the finalized net asset value consideration for the Loads Business transfer. The market typically views internal restructuring as administrative shuffling with no real value creation. What the consensus misses is the strategic optionality this unlocks. Step one: funding the PPI license isolates the digital wallet from the logistics P&L, paving the way for it to be valued as a high-multiple fintech asset rather than a low-margin freight broker. Step two: the Loads Business transfer proves the core platform is highly asset-light, generating ₹887 million on just ₹9.88 million net worth, meaning capital efficiency is already baked into the model. The market misprices this as corporate housekeeping, ignoring that it lays the exact regulatory and structural groundwork for a future premium valuation multiple. Accumulate for long-term fintech optionality and operational clarity. Disclosure: I do not hold positions in this stock. This is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

JAMNA AUTO PROMOTERS SELL 5% HOLDING HOLDING

JAMNAAUTO
Market veteran Sunil Singhania’s Abakkus Investment Managers has acquired a 1.48% stake in BlackBuck, the country’s largest trucking platform, while promoters of Jamna Auto Industries have sold a 5% stake in the automotive suspension solutions provider through open-market transactions. BlackBuck shares reacted positively to the block deal, surging 7.21% to Rs 628.15 amid heavy trading volumes. Abakkus Investment Managers purchased 27 lakh shares of BlackBuck, representing a 1.48% stake, from Accel India IV (Mauritius) for Rs 155.5 crore. The shares were transacted at Rs 576.05 apiece. According to the company’s June 2026 shareholding pattern, Accel India IV held a 7.17% stake in BlackBuck, equivalent to around 1.3 crore shares. Meanwhile, promoters Randeep Singh Jauhar and Pradeep Singh Jauhar each offloaded 99.95 lakh shares, representing a 2.5% stake, in Jamna Auto Industries. The combined 5% stake was sold for Rs 255.87 crore at Rs 128 per share. The entire stake sold by the promoters was acquired by three institutional investors. Following the transaction, Jamna Auto Industries shares gained 2.73% to Rs 135.46 amid strong volumes, extending their rally for the fifth consecutive session on Friday.

Abakkus entry puts BlackBuck in investor focus

BLACKBUCK
shares surged 7.21% to ₹628.15 amid heavy volumes after market veteran Sunil Singhania’s Abakkus Investment Managers acquired a 1.48% stake in the company through a block deal. Abakkus bought 27 lakh shares for ₹155.5 crore from Accel India IV at ₹576.05 per share. The transaction is notable because institutional buying by a well-known investor can improve market confidence in BlackBuck’s long-term growth prospects. Accel India IV, which sold the shares, held a 7.17% stake as of June 2026, making the transaction a partial exit rather than a broad institutional sell-off. The logistics platform is positioned to benefit from the continued formalisation and digitisation of India’s trucking ecosystem. Abakkus’ entry could also bring greater investor attention to the company’s ability to scale its platform, improve monetisation and deliver sustainable profitability. However, investors should avoid treating a block deal alone as a fundamental trigger. Key monitorables remain revenue growth, profitability, cash flows, fleet/driver additions and competitive intensity. The stock’s sharp reaction also increases the risk of near-term profit booking if institutional buying is not followed by stronger operating performance. Overall, Abakkus’ 1.48% acquisition is a positive sentiment trigger and puts BlackBuck back in focus. The next major catalyst will be whether improving scale and execution translate into consistent earnings and cash-flow growth.

“क्या है Golden Crossover Strategy? कमाएगी या फंसाएगी?”

अगर आप Technical Analysis सीख रहे हैं, तो आपने Golden Crossover का नाम जरूर सुना होगा। यह एक ऐसा technical signal है जिसे traders अक्सर long-term bullish trend की शुरुआत के संकेत के रूप में देखते हैं। लेकिन Golden Crossover आखिर होता क्या है? ----->Golden Crossover क्या होता है? जब किसी stock या index की short-term moving average, उसकी long-term moving average को ऊपर की तरफ cross करती है, तो इसे Golden Crossover कहा जाता है। सबसे popular combination है: 50-Day Moving Average > 200-Day Moving Average यानी जब: 50 DMA, 200 DMA को नीचे से ऊपर cross करे तो इसे Golden Crossover कहा जाता है। ##इसे Bullish Signal क्यों माना जाता है? 50 DMA short-term price trend को दिखाता है। 200 DMA long-term trend को दिखाता है। जब 50 DMA, 200 DMA के ऊपर चला जाता है, तो इसका मतलब है कि: Short-Term Momentum ↑ और Long-Term Trend मजबूत होने लगा है इसलिए traders इसे संभावित trend reversal या new uptrend का संकेत मानते हैं। ------>Golden Crossover के 3 Important Stages Stage 1 — Downtrend Price कमजोर होता है और short-term average long-term average के नीचे रहता है। Stage 2 — Recovery Price में buying शुरू होती है और 50 DMA तेजी से ऊपर आने लगता है। Stage 3 — Golden Crossover 50 DMA, 200 DMA को ऊपर की तरफ cross करता है। यहीं से traders bullish trend की संभावना पर ध्यान देना शुरू करते हैं। ##SOME STOCKS WITH GOLDEN CROSSOVER STRATEGY SOLARA JYOTICNC

PERSISTENT
