Blue Dart Express signs MoU with India Post

Blue Dart Express has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Post to further extend its delivery reach. Building on Blue Dart’s extensive national network, the collaboration will strengthen last-mile connectivity for businesses and customers across Tier III and Tier IV towns and remote locations. The expanded coverage will be introduced in a phased manner. Impact : The collaboration brings together Blue Dart’s express logistics capabilities and India Post’s extensive postal network to provide customers with access to a wider range of markets. Shipments to these additional locations will be delivered through India Post’s network, complementing Blue Dart’s infrastructure. The partnership creates a scalable model for extending market coverage through the complementary strengths of both organisations and the efficient use of existing infrastructure. View : While integration execution is key, the Blue Dart-India Post partnership is positioned to drive capital efficiency, capture rural markets, and scale networks over the long term.

Blue Dart Express domestic price hike from January 1, 2027

BLUEDART
Blue Dart signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) to evaluate express parcel movement on the 82‑km Delhi–Ghaziabad–Meerut Namo Bharat regional rail corridor, aiming to link Blue Dart’s pickup‑and‑delivery network with semi‑high‑speed rail to improve NCR logistics; the MoU is exploratory and will assess operational feasibility, volumes, station facilities and commercial terms before any commercial launch. Separately, the company announced a 9–12% increase in domestic shipment charges effective January 1, 2027 to offset rising labour, utility and operating costs, with new customers signing up between October 1 and December 31, 2026 exempt from the hike. On the corporate front, Blue Dart has appointed R.S. Subramanian as MD effective November 30, 2026 (succeeding Balfour Manuel), Sebastian Paeßens as Non‑Executive Chairman from September 26, 2026, and added Rajat Kumar Jain and Avijit Mukerji as Independent Directors, while its subsidiary Blue Dart Aviation received a GST show‑cause notice proposing a ₹27.10 crore demand for FY23–FY24. Shares hit a fresh 52‑week low around ₹4,463–₹4,481 on October 5 and were trading near ₹4,557–₹4,563 on October 8, with a market capitalisation of roughly ₹10,800–₹10,900 crore and a ₹25 per share final dividend payable on/after October 22, 2026.

Blue Dart Express falls to fresh 52-week low

BLUEDART
Blue Dart Express Limited fell 2.49% to close at Rs 4,510 on October 1, 2026, touching a fresh 52-week low the same day. The stock slipped along with a broader weak market, the Sensex was down about 1.05% on the day, but Blue Dart underperformed its own sector by roughly 1.33%. There was no single company-specific trigger. It reflects broad market weakness plus a weak technical setup and underlying growth concerns: the stock trades below all its major moving averages (5, 20, 50, 100 and 200-day), and operating profit has grown just 0.42% annually over five years despite an 18.3% return on capital employed. Fluctuating fuel costs and shifting logistics demand are ongoing pressures on the sector too. A stock making a fresh 52-week low on weak technicals and a muted multi-year profit growth trend, rather than one specific piece of bad news, is usually a sign that the market is repricing the business's growth outlook rather than reacting to an event. That kind of move tends to take longer to reverse than a news-driven dip. On the chart, Rs 4,460 to 4,510, the current zone, is now the support to watch, since a break below would open fresh lows. Rs 4,900 to 5,000, last month's trading zone, is the first resistance on any bounce. The thing to track next is whether the stock stabilises around this zone or continues sliding, along with any commentary from the company on margins and fuel cost pressure in its next results. Blue Dart Reverses After Pricing Increase Announcement

Blue Dart Express reversed after early gains following its pricing announcement. Traders may watch ₹4,700 as resistance and ₹4,356 as a key support level. Blue Dart Express Ltd.

BLUEDART
initially gained up to 3.5% on October 1, 2026, following the company’s announcement of a 9%–12% general price increase across its domestic portfolio, effective January 1, 2027. The initial positive reaction did not sustain, as broader market weakness contributed to selling pressure. The stock subsequently reversed and ended the session 2.84% lower, while intraday trading saw the stock touch its lowest level since February 2021. From a technical perspective, ₹4,700 can be monitored as a key resistance level. On the downside, ₹4,356 is an important support level. The level also corresponds to (66)², providing a mathematical reference point for technical analysis. The immediate technical range to monitor is ₹4,356–₹4,700. Sustaining above ₹4,356 would keep this support level intact, while a move above ₹4,700 could indicate a change in short-term price structure. Conversely, a break below ₹4,356 would warrant attention to further downside risk. Disclaimer: I do not hold any position in this.
