Brigade Enterprises Ltd has expanded its Hyderabad residential portfolio with the launch of Brigade Barcelona in Neopolis, a 4.04-acre premium housing project acquired through an outright purchase and carrying a revenue potential of over ₹2,700 crore. The development will comprise more than 650 homes across 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, with Spanish-inspired architecture, European design elements, architectural setbacks for ventilation and privacy, and amenities such as an eco-deck, rooftop skywalk and dedicated wellness zones. PVR Inox opens new six-screen cinema in Bengaluru

PVR Inox has opened a new six-screen cinema with a seating capacity of 949 at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia on Varthur Road, near Whitefield, marking its 28th cinema in Bengaluru. The new property brings the company’s contemporary cinema experience to a fast-evolving part of the city, with a strong focus on convenience, comfort and entertainment. Located within Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, the cinema is part of an integrated residential and lifestyle development, serving both the township and the wider Whitefield-Varthur Road catchment.
