The stock ultimately closed 0.43% lower, marking its fourth consecutive losing session after hitting a fresh all-time high of ₹10,960 last week. Despite the recent pullback, the stock has delivered a strong performance in 2026, gaining more than 37% so far this calendar year. Meanwhile, investor attention remains on the company’s latest corporate development. Craftsman Automation’s Board has approved the incorporation of Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany by its wholly owned subsidiary, Craftsman Germany GmbH. Once incorporated, the new entity will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Germany and, consequently, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation. The move further expands Craftsman’s German operations, where the group already has an established presence through its Fronberg businesses.
