The bank's operations consist of domestic deposits; home down payment; foreign exchange operations; investments; micro, small and medium enterprises including MUDRA loan scheme; retail banking including Arogya Mahila savings bank accounts; Medium Business Division; agricultural credit portfolio; loans to small and marginal farmers; loans to non-commercial agricultural producers and microfinance. Its personal banking services include a savings bank, checking account, time deposit, retail loans and mortgage and savings services. It offers commercial banking services for issues, bond manager, dividend/interest certificate and more. It also offers online and mobile banking services. Its overseas branches operate in Singapore, Colombo, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
