COFORGE β€” THE AI-LED IT GROWTH STORY IS GETTING BIGGER πŸ€–πŸš€
COFORGE
AI isn't just changing how software is built. It's changing how entire enterprises operate. And Coforge is positioning itself on that transition. Coforge has built a strong presence in digital engineering, cloud, data, AI and industry-specific technology services, with particular strength in sectors such as banking, insurance, travel and healthcare. And the growth numbers are getting serious. In Q1 FY27, revenue jumped 49% YoY to β‚Ή5,528 crore, while EBITDA increased 74% to β‚Ή1,123 crore. EBIT margin expanded to 16%, and PAT surged 110% to β‚Ή519 crore. But the most important number may be sitting in the order book. Coforge's next-12-month executable order book reached $2.23 billion, up 44% YoY and 27% QoQ. That's visibility. Strong order book β†’ Revenue visibility β†’ Better utilisation β†’ Operating leverage β†’ Higher earnings. And then comes AI. Management says 86% of Q1 revenue came from AI-led engineering, data and cloud services, showing how deeply AI is already embedded in the company's service portfolio. The strategy is moving beyond simply helping clients "use AI." It's about building AI-powered enterprise operations. Cloud foundation β†’ Enterprise data β†’ AI agents β†’ Automation β†’ Autonomous workflows. That could create a much larger technology-spending opportunity than traditional application outsourcing. The Encora acquisition also expands Coforge's capabilities and scale in data, cloud and AI-led engineering, while management says the integration is now operationally complete. And margins are becoming another growth lever. FY26 revenue grew 29.2% in constant currency, while EBITDA increased 68.2% in USD terms. EBIT margin expanded by 370 bps to 14.4%. The company entered FY27 targeting EBITDA margin above 20.5%. That's the real combination investors should watch: Fast growth + margin expansion + large deal wins. Coforge doesn't need to become the largest IT company in India.

R SYSTEMS β€” THE SMALLER IT PLAYER WITH A BIGGER AI
RSYSTEMS
The next IT cycle may not belong only to the giants. Smaller technology companies can win by becoming specialists in high-value digital transformation. That's where R Systems gets interesting. R Systems provides digital engineering, product engineering, cloud, data, AI and technology services to global enterprises, with exposure across industries including healthcare, telecom, media, finance and technology. And the growth trajectory has been strong. For FY25, consolidated revenue increased 12.4% to β‚Ή1,958 crore, while PAT rose 41.9% to β‚Ή186 crore. Then came Q1 FY27. Consolidated revenue reached approximately β‚Ή1,176 crore, up 30.1% YoY, while EBITDA margin expanded to 19.8%, up around 400 bps YoY. PAT increased 5.7% to β‚Ή121 crore. That's an interesting combination: Revenue growth ↑ Margins ↑ Digital demand ↑ The key opportunity is the changing technology mix. Traditional IT β†’ Cloud β†’ Data β†’ AI β†’ Digital Engineering. Enterprises are increasingly spending on modernisation, automation and AI-enabled products. R Systems' positioning across AI, cloud, data engineering and product engineering gives it multiple entry points into that spending cycle. And the operating leverage can become meaningful. More high-value projects β†’ Better utilisation β†’ Higher margins β†’ Stronger cash generation. The company has also demonstrated substantial improvement in profitability over the longer term. FY25 consolidated EBITDA before exceptional items reached approximately β‚Ή346 crore, compared with β‚Ή257 crore in FY24. But there is an important number investors shouldn't ignore. Q1 FY27 PAT growth was considerably slower than revenue growth, indicating that the strong operating improvement hasn't yet translated proportionately into bottom-line growth. That's the next test. Can revenue acceleration continue? Can margins remain elevated? Can EBITDA growth translate into sustained PAT and cash-flow growth?

RADIANT CASH β€” THE CASH LOGISTICS ENGINE IS GOING DIGITAL πŸ’°
RADIANTCMS
Cash may be moving faster toward digital payments. But India's physical cash ecosystem is still enormous β€” and Radiant is building the infrastructure behind it. Radiant Cash Management Services operates across retail cash management, cash-in-transit, cash processing, ATM-related services and fintech, giving it exposure to both traditional cash infrastructure and newer financial-services opportunities. The core business handled approximately β‚Ή1.69 lakh crore of cash in FY26, with around 77,521 service points by year-end. The company also maintained gross cash losses at just 0.02% of cash handled, highlighting the importance of its risk-management infrastructure. But the interesting part is what's happening beyond the traditional business. Cash management β†’ Merchant network β†’ POS β†’ Business correspondents β†’ Fintech. Radiant's AceMoney subsidiary had crossed 10,000 business correspondents, while management has been pursuing transaction revenues from its installed POS network and partnerships with banks and NBFCs. That's the potential second engine. The traditional business provides the distribution network. The fintech layer can potentially increase revenue per customer and revenue per touchpoint. And Q1 FY27 showed some early signs of improvement. Revenue increased around 5.8% YoY to β‚Ή108.2 crore, while consolidated net profit was approximately β‚Ή5.2 crore. The bigger trigger could be margin recovery. The Q1 FY27 investor presentation indicated that EBITDA margins were pressured by higher minimum wages and shortages of armed guards, while management expected customer price revisions to help offset some of the cost pressure. Meanwhile, the logistics subsidiary Radiant Valuable Logistics grew about 35% in FY26, with management targeting positive EBITDA in FY27. So the potential flywheel looks like: More service points β†’ More customers β†’ More cash-management activity β†’ More fintech touchpoints β†’ Higher utilisation β†’ Better margins.
