Q1 FY2026 Financial Performance In the first quarter of the financial year 2025-2026, Go Fashion reported a flat revenue growth of about 1% year-on-year, reaching ₹222.8 crore. Despite this, the gross profit improved by 3% to ₹140.3 crore, with the gross margin expanding to 63.0%. However, profitability faced headwinds, as the Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) dropped by 5% to ₹68.7 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a sharp decline of 22% to ₹22.3 crore. Retail and Operational Expansion The company continued its aggressive retail network expansion by opening 27 new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) during the quarter, bringing the total number of EBOs to 803. In June 2025, the company marked its debut outside India by opening its first international store for the 'Go Colors' brand in Dubai, in partnership with Apparel Group. Product Diversification and Sales Trends Go Fashion is currently testing new product categories, including women's top wear and select men's wear, in 15–20 of its existing stores to diversify its product offering. The Average Selling Price (ASP) for products saw an increase to ₹805, reflecting a focus on value-added items. However, the Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) was negative at –2.0%, indicating softness in established outlets. Recent Corporate Activities The company recently held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 4, 2025, and subsequently completed necessary corporate filings, including the Scrutinizer's Report and revised proceedings. The company's trading window was closed for a period, a routine procedure before the announcement of financial results.
