Go Fashion (India) Ltd: Latest Updates

GOCOLORS
Q3 FY26 Financial Performance For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (reported January 29, 2026), Go Fashion reported a 9% year-on-year decline in revenue to ₹194.9 crore. The most significant impact was seen in the bottom line, with Profit After Tax (PAT) plunging 71% to ₹7.2 crore, down from ₹24.3 crore in the same period last year. The decline was attributed to industry-wide challenges, including lower footfalls and subdued discretionary spending. Share Buyback Program The company has initiated an equity share buyback of up to 14,13,000 shares (approximately 2.61% of total paid-up capital) at a price of ₹460 per share. The total buyback size is capped at ₹65 crore. The tendering period for the buyback opened on February 13, 2026, and is scheduled to close on February 20, 2026. Promoters have indicated they will not be participating in this offer. Operational Challenges and Channel Impact The Large Format Store (LFS) channel faced a sharp 30% drop in sales during the quarter. This was primarily due to a key retail partner pausing fresh inventory intake for approximately 45 days. Additionally, Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG) for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) remained negative at -4.5%, driven by weaker performance in smaller store formats. Strategic Pivot and Expansion In response to current market conditions, management has moderated its store expansion guidance for FY26 to a net addition of 60–70 stores, down from earlier, more aggressive targets. The company is shifting its focus toward larger store formats and high-potential Tier 2 and Tier 3 clusters. Notably, the non-leggings category now contributes 65% of total sales, reflecting a successful diversification of the product mix.
