$MINDACORP Record Q1 FY27 Financial Outperformance On August 13, 2026, Minda Corporation reported its strongest-ever quarterly results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated operational revenue jumped 33.2% year-on-year to ₹1,846.31 crore (up from ₹1,386 crore in Q1 FY26). Operating EBITDA rose 35.3% YoY to ₹211.63 crore, with margins expanding to 11.46%. Consolidated net profit (PAT attributable to owners) surged 216.9% YoY to ₹206.25 crore, aided by an exceptional gain of ₹106 crore (net of tax) arising from the consolidation of Minda VAST. Consolidation of Minda VAST Effective Q1 FY27, the company formally commenced the financial and operational consolidation of Minda VAST. The move expands Minda Corp’s vehicle-access systems footprint within the passenger vehicle segment, adding specialized product lines such as smart locksets, electronic latches, handles, immobilizers, passive keyless entry systems, and power-access solutions. Strong Order Book Intake & EV Share During Q1 FY27, Minda Corporation secured fresh lifetime orders aggregating ₹2,500 crore across product divisions. Electric vehicles (EVs) accounted for more than 15% of the new order pipeline, driven by new platform wins in wiring harnesses, sensor clusters, and smart connectivity modules. Strategic Investments in Group Entities & R&D During the quarter, Minda Corp deployed ₹63 crore in equity investments across three group entities—Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems, Minda HCMF Technologies, and Spark Minda–Toyodenso India—to fund production capacity additions and advanced electronics R&D. The company also filed 7 new technology patents during Q1 FY27, bringing its cumulative intellectual property portfolio to over 335 patents.
