Quess Corp Latest Updates

QUESS
Financial and Business Performance Quess Corp's Q1 FY2025-26 financial results showed a significant decline in revenue and net profit. The company's consolidated revenues decreased by 25.6% quarter-on-quarter and 27.1% year-on-year. Net profit saw an even sharper fall, decreasing 47.9% quarter-on-quarter and 54.3% year-on-year. The company's FY25 Pulse Report highlighted its contribution to formalizing India's workforce, noting it added 1.33 lakh new Universal Account Numbers (UANs) to the EPFO during the year. The report also identified Retail, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), and EMPI (Engineering, Manufacturing, Process, and Infrastructure) as key growth sectors for new placements. Strategic Developments and Corporate Actions Following a demerger that streamlined its business into four key areas, Quess Corp is now debt-free. It recently launched a new business division called "Origint – Powered by Quess" to target the growing market of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This new division will provide end-to-end services, including talent and infrastructure management, to global companies establishing their GCCs. On the corporate governance front, the company held its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 29, 2025, where shareholders approved the appointment and re-appointment of directors and a secretarial auditor. Quess Corp also announced a final dividend of ₹6 per share, following an interim dividend of ₹4 per share paid earlier in the year. Stock Performance The company's stock has faced significant pressure, with the share price seeing a notable decline over the past year. As of early September 2025, the stock was trading around ₹265, a substantial drop from its 52-week high of ₹875. The stock's performance reflects the broader financial results, with key metrics like sales and profit contracting, leading to a downward trend in its share price.
