Financial Performance (Q1 FY2025-26): For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, Sirca Paints reported a consolidated net profit of ₹14.20 crore, marking an increase of approximately 39.08% year-on-year. Revenue from operations also saw significant year-on-year growth of about 45.27%, reaching ₹114.24 crore.
Strategic Expansion and Acquisitions: The company has been actively expanding its portfolio and market presence. In March 2025, Sirca Paints acquired the entire business undertaking of the "Wembley" Group for ₹81.50 crore, integrating products like thinners, wall paints, enamels, and other coatings into its range. Earlier, the company had also acquired the "Welcome" brand for ₹20 crore (reported in May 2024).
Manufacturing and Product Development: Sirca Paints entered into an exclusive Manufacturing License Agreement with its Italian partner, Sirca S.p.A. (Italy), to manufacture 10 different high-demand Polyurethane (PU) wood coating products in India. This move aims to cut down on import bills and strengthen in-house production. Additionally, the company is focused on the Wall Paints segment, having shifted its wall paint manufacturing unit to a larger facility and launched an exclusive range of premium wall paints from its partner Oikos S.P.A. Italy.
Export and Retail Focus: The company is focusing aggressively on exports to the Asia Pacific region, specifically targeting countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
