Q2 FY26 Financial Performance Tilaknagar Industries reported a 6.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net revenue to ₹398 crore for the second quarter (Q2) of FY26. This was primarily driven by a robust 16.2% YoY growth in sales volumes, reaching 34.2 lakh cases, along with gaining market share in most key markets. The company reported an EBITDA of ₹60 crore for the quarter, though Net Profit After Tax (PAT) declined 9.5% YoY to ₹52.6 crore. Brand Expansion and New Launches The company continued its strategic expansion with new launches in Q2. It introduced Mansion House Whisky in key states including Odisha, Telangana, and Kerala. Additionally, the premium Monarch Legacy Edition Brandy was launched in Hyderabad Duty Free, Odisha, Kerala, and Karnataka. The company is actively focusing on portfolio premiumization to drive future growth. Imperial Blue Acquisition Progress A major development is the progress in the acquisition of the Imperial Blue business division. The Competition Commission of India (CCI) granted approval for the transaction in early October 2025. Management anticipates that the transaction will be completed in Q3 FY26, and work is underway to strengthen the organizational structure ahead of the business integration. Corporate and Director Updates The Board of Directors approved the launch of an Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025 (ESOP), offering 50,00,000 stock options to eligible employees. Furthermore, the company appointed Mr. Jenamejayana Kamalam Shivan as an Additional Independent Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The company also confirmed receiving a further partial subsidy of ₹19.72 crore from the Government of Maharashtra related to past investments.
