Ventive Hospitality Ltd Company Fundamental Analysis

Ventive Hospitality is a hospitality and premium real estate company with operations across luxury hotels, resorts and commercial properties. Its portfolio includes luxury hotels in India and the Maldives, alongside commercial and retail assets in Pune that generate recurring rental income. This combination of hospitality earnings and annuity income provides diversification, while its expansion pipeline includes new hotels, luxury resorts and branded residences.
