Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd Company Analysis

ZAGGLE
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd is a fintech and SaaS company that helps businesses manage employee expenses, corporate spending, rewards, incentives and prepaid card programmes. Its technology platform serves corporate clients through expense-management software, payment solutions and employee-benefit products. The business can benefit as companies increasingly digitise employee spending and automate financial workflows. Zaggle is also expanding through acquisitions and product development, which may broaden its services but increases the importance of integration and cost control. In Q1 FY27, revenue from operations increased 27.5% year-on-year to ₹423.27 crore, but profit after tax fell 32.9% to ₹17.53 crore. Adjusted EBITDA was ₹34.74 crore, up just 4%, while the adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 8.2% from 10.1% a year earlier. The company attributed margin pressure partly to acquisition-related expenses, higher employee costs and expenses previously capitalised; revenue from its Dice acquisition was expected to begin reflecting from Q2 FY27. These figures indicate that revenue growth remains healthy, but profitability has not kept pace. As of 26 October 2026, the stock closed around ₹151–152, with a market capitalisation of roughly ₹2,040 crore and a trailing P/E of approximately 15–16x. Its debt-to-equity ratio is low at around 0.04, but ROE is only about 10%, and the share price has fallen nearly 58% over the past year from its 52-week high of around ₹405. This decline has reduced the valuation considerably, but a lower P/E alone does not establish that the stock is undervalued. Key factors to watch are whether acquisitions translate into sustainable profit growth, margins recover, and revenue growth converts into cash flow. Overall, Zaggle offers exposure to the growing corporate fintech and expense-management market, but improving profitability is the key confirmation needed before its growth story becomes more convincing.
