Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd Company Fundamental Analysis
BLUEJET Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd is an Indian pharmaceutical intermediate and specialty chemicals manufacturer supplying products to global pharmaceutical companies. Its key business segments include contrast media intermediates used in diagnostic imaging, pharmaceutical intermediates, APIs and artificial sweeteners such as saccharin. Q2 FY27 results, announced on 5 November 2026, showed a strong recovery. Standalone revenue from operations increased 127.1% year-on-year to ₹375.74 crore, compared with ₹165.48 crore in Q2 FY26. Net profit increased 96.6% to ₹102.52 crore, while profit before tax nearly doubled to ₹137.39 crore. For H1 FY27, revenue reached ₹668.86 crore and net profit stood at ₹180.78 crore. However, operating margin declined to approximately 31.6% from 33.2% a year earlier, indicating that profitability did not grow as quickly as revenue. Valuation and outlook: The latest available market data places the share price around ₹543, with market capitalisation of approximately ₹9,400–10,000 crore and a trailing P/E of around 40–43x. ROE is approximately 19–20%, and debt-to-equity is very low at around 0.03, indicating a relatively strong balance sheet. The company also raised approximately ₹800 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to support its expansion plans. Overall: Blue Jet Healthcare has demonstrated a strong Q2 recovery, healthy profitability and low financial leverage. Its specialised product portfolio and global customer relationships are positives. However, the stock still trades at a premium valuation, and investors should monitor margin sustainability, customer concentration and returns generated from the QIP-funded expansion.
