Zen Technologies slips below 1,600 neckline support

Zen Technologies closed at ₹1,576.1 on 1 October 2026, below its double top neckline, mark the fourth consecutive negative close. Zen Technologies Ltd [

ZENTEC
] fell 1.81% on Thursday, 1 October 2026, and closed at ₹1,576.1. The close is below the ₹1,600 neckline of a double top on the daily chart. The first top came near ₹2,024 on 22 June. The second came near ₹2,043 on 19 August. The price rebounded after 17 September but failed to hold. The fall follows a soft Q1 FY27 result. Revenue was ₹141.6 crore, down 10.5% from a year ago. Net profit was ₹34.5 crore, down 27.8%. The order book stood at ₹1,239.02 crore on 30 June. A ₹177.5 crore order followed in July. Management expects revenue to be heavier in Q2 and Q3. The break below the neckline is a warning, not a final verdict. The RSI is at 30.47, close to the oversold zone, so a rebound is possible. Volume on the break was about 251,000 shares, light next to the June spikes, which weakens the signal. I am watching ₹1,490 as near term support. A rebound that stalls near ₹1,730 resistance would keep the pattern intact. The Q2 FY27 result is the next trigger.
