Capri Global Capital slips despite 67% Q2 profit rise

Capri Global Capital fell 1.11% on 28 October 2026 despite a 66.9% rise in Q2 standalone profit, as price stayed below its broken trendline. Capri Global Capital [

CGCL
] fell 1.11% on 28 October 2026 to close at 231.66, even after reporting strong Q2 FY27 standalone numbers. Profit rose 66.9% to Rs 353.3 crore from Rs 211.7 crore, and net interest income increased 71.6% to Rs 704.9 crore from Rs 410.8 crore. Results did not stop the price weakness. The daily chart shows a rising structure of higher highs and higher lows from March 2026, supported by an upward trendline. The stock peaked at 287.45 in September 2026. It then broke below the trendline in October and has stayed below it since, falling nearly 20% from the high. Volume rose during the breakdown, and RSI at 35.35 is below its average of 40.74. What next: The trendline near 245 acts as resistance, and 259, the recent swing high, is the next hurdle. A move back above 259 would be needed to repair the structure. On the downside, 217 is the key support, near the August low. A close below it would deepen the correction. Conclusion: Earnings are strong, but price action remains weak below 245.
