Ajmera Realty Approves Raising Up To ₹500 Crore Via Bonds

AJMERA
has approved raising up to ₹500 crore through the issuance of bonds or Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis. The announcement, finalized in a board meeting on September 10, 2026, aligns with the developer's expansion plans and comes at a time when its market capitalization stands at approximately ₹2,304 crore. The board's decision to raise ₹500 crore via bonds represents a strategic pivot. Since Ajmera Realty has already done a substantial job of lowering its debt-to-equity ratio to 0.47x as of June 2026, it is now in a strong position to borrow at competitive rates. Structured debt, rather than equity dilution, will protect existing shareholder interests while funding their ambitious execution plans. Ajmera Realty’s proactive capital setup is a calculated move to capture urban housing demand. By securing up to ₹500 crore in flexible bonds, the developer ensures its highly valuable launch pipeline is fully capitalized without compromising its strengthened balance sheet.
