Paisalo Digital signs ₹500 Cr co-lending MOU with FatakPay
$PAISALO signed a ₹500 crore co-lending MOU with FatakPay on August 13, 2026. The deal features an 80:20 funding split, with Paisalo providing 80% of the capital for loans targeted at MSMEs and micro-enterprises. This partnership supports the company's strategic goal to double its AUM, income and PAT over three years. Under the MOU, the co-lending partnership will have an overall limit of Rs 500 crore and will operate on an 80:20 participation basis, with Paisalo funding 80% and FatakPay funding 20% of each loan. The facility will focus on extending credit to eligible borrowers, including micro-enterprises and MSMEs. As part of the operating framework, Paisalo will undertake KYC verification of customers in compliance with regulatory requirements and customer data storage in compliance with regulatory requirements. From the perspective of an investor, this ₹500 crore co-lending agreement between Paisalo Digital Limited and FatakPay is a highly strategic, margin-optimizing growth driver.
