$TOLINS subsidiary Terra Rubber Private Limited signed a purchase agreement on July 1, 2026, with Cochin Reclaim and Rubbers Private Limited to buy plant and machinery for capacity expansion. The transaction, executed on an arm's length basis with an unrelated third party, requires Terra Rubber to remove the machinery within 60 days.
