Ather Energy: Breakout Extends With Volume Support
In this morning’s pre-open note,
ATHERENERG
was flagged after it moved above a falling trendline drawn from the September high, on a volume surge, and closed near 1,575 in the previous session. The daily chart now shows how the move has played out during the day, and the volume side more clearly. The last two sessions have come with a visible volume buildup, with the latest volume , well above recent sessions. Price has extended to a high near 1,700 and settled around 1,674, with RSI at 66.27, supporting the bull case. Rising volume on a trendline break suggests broader participation behind the move.
Resistance: 1,700, then the September high near 1,745. Support: 1,575-1,600, then the broken trendline near 1,480-1,490.
The stock has not retested the trendline so far. How it behaves around 1,700-1,745, and whether volume stays elevated on any pullback, will be worth observing.
Volume shows conviction: a trendline break backed by rising volume carries more weight than one on thin trade, and volume on pullbacks adds more clues.
