Karur Vysya Bank: Inverse H&S Breakout on Volume

KARURVYSYA
(4H) has moved above the neckline of an inverse head and shoulders that took shape from late August. The left shoulder formed near 342, the head near 312 at the end of September, and the right shoulder near 334 in mid-October. The neckline sits near 356-357. Price moved through it on a sharp volume surge and now trades around 371, with RSI at 70.94 in overbought territory. The measured-move reference from the pattern, about 14% of its height projected from the neckline, sits near 406. Resistance: 376-377 (recent high), then 406. Support: 356-357 (neckline), then 334. After a sharp move with RSI above 70, price often pauses or revisits the neckline. How the stock behaves around 356-357 will be worth observing. Holding it would keep the pattern intact, while a close back below it would weaken the setup. A breakout is more reliable when volume expands, and a hold above the neckline on a retest adds confirmation, even if RSI is overbought.
