Ramky Infrastructure Shares Surge on Major ₹1,401.84 Crore EPC Contract Win

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd has secured a major ₹1,401.84 crore EPC contract from Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL) for Phase 1 infrastructure development at Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA), Raigad, Maharashtra, under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The scope includes design, construction, testing and commissioning of roads, water supply & treatment, sewage & effluent systems, stormwater drainage, power distribution, recycled water infrastructure, and ICT facilities. The project must be completed within 930 days from the appointed date. Post-completion, Ramky will provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for 4 years, extendable by another 6 years by mutual agreement. The contract value includes GST and projected O&M revenues, making it a significant long-term order for the company. Following the announcement, Ramky Infrastructure shares jumped over 9% in early trade, with intraday gains reaching up to 14%, reflecting strong market confidence in the company’s growth outlook. This win further strengthens Ramky’s position in large-scale government-backed industrial corridor projects.
