Tejas Networks Swings to Rs 307 Cr Loss in Q2 Amid Revenue Slump
TEJASNET ks plunged into the red, posting a net loss of ₹307 crore for the July-September quarter of FY26, a stark reversal from the ₹275 crore profit in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations cratered nearly 91% year-on-year to ₹261.82 crore, battered by operational setbacks in the telecom equipment sector.
“We had a net loss of Rs. 307 crore, largely due to lower revenue and provisions due to manufacturing process losses, warranty and inventory obsolescence (approximately 190 crore),” explained CFO Sumit Dhingra in a statement.
The results underscore mounting challenges for Tejas, including supply chain disruptions and delayed orders, with shares dipping over 5% in early trade amid investor jitters.
