Accuracy Shipping Subsidiary Gets Kandla CFS LOI

ACCURACY
's subsidiary A.R.S. Terminals has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) to set up a Container Freight Station (CFS) at Kandla, Gujarat. The project entails an estimated capital expenditure of ₹25 crore and is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in one of India’s important maritime and logistics hubs. The proposed CFS will provide services such as container handling, storage, customs clearance support and other allied logistics activities, potentially enabling Accuracy Shipping to capture a larger share of cargo movement through the region. The company is targeting ₹175–200 crore in revenue from the proposed facility, indicating significant revenue potential relative to the planned initial investment. Kandla’s strategic location and connectivity to industrial and trade clusters could support cargo volumes and improve asset utilisation once operations commence. The project also provides Accuracy Shipping with an opportunity to expand its integrated logistics offering and diversify beyond conventional shipping-related activities. Successful execution, timely commencement of operations and sustained cargo throughput will be key factors in determining the facility’s contribution to the company’s future growth and profitability.
