(AVTL) has signed a ₹142.50 crore framework agreement for the construction of a 51,998 MT refrigerated double-wall propane storage tank at the JNPA tank farm, strengthening its LPG storage and liquid terminal infrastructure. * The agreement is a related-party transaction executed on an arm’s length basis, with an Asset Transfer Agreement to be signed after project completion, supporting AVTL’s long-term capacity expansion and infrastructure growth.
