$PNCINFRA Wins Massive ₹3,483 Cr NHAI Highway Orders in UP; Boosts Order Book Visibility with Strong HAM Projects (MCap ~₹6,262 Cr)
$PNCINFRA has emerged as the L1 bidder and received LoA from the NHAI for two major Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) highway projects on NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh. The combined bid project cost is ₹3,483 crore (excluding GST). The first project involves constructing a 4-lane highway from Barabanki to Mustafabad (approx. 43 km, ₹1,728 crore), and the second from Mustafabad to Biswariya (approx. 58 km, ₹1,755 crore). Both projects fall under the NH(O) scheme, with an execution timeline of 24 months each. Financial bids were opened on April 21, 2026, and LoAs were received around May 22, 2026. These are domestic contracts with no related-party transactions. This win significantly strengthens PNC Infratech’s already robust order book, which stood at around ₹19,300–22,000 crore recently, providing enhanced revenue visibility in the roads and highways segment. This development is expected to positively impact other Indian infrastructure and construction stocks in the roads/highways space, such as $IRB , $ASHOKA , $KNRCON , $NCC .
