$GRMOVER Overseas Q4 PAT Climbs 6% YoY to ₹22 Crore
$GRMOVER Overseas posted a 5.51% year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹21.61 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, compared with ₹20.48 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company's revenue from operations more than doubled, surging 104.94% YoY to ₹597.20 crore during the quarter under review. Meanwhile, profit before tax (PBT) increased 8.22% to ₹31.33 crore. For the financial year FY26, $GRMOVER Overseas delivered a strong performance, with consolidated net profit rising 21.39% to ₹74.34 crore. Revenue from operations for the year advanced 31.22% YoY to ₹1,769.20 crore. $GRMOVER Overseas is engaged in the processing and marketing of agricultural products, including almond kernels, paddy, cloves, pistachios, rice, and wheat. The company sells its products under the Kamdhenu and Chef brands and exports Basmati rice to key international markets such as Saudi Arabia, Europe, and several other countries.
