$APARINDS Aparindustries , has informed , exchange that Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 inter alia, to consider and approve a proposal for raising of funds, by way of issue of equity shares / warrants /any convertible securities / any other securities, including, but not limited to, a qualified institutions placement, rights issue, preferential allotment, or a combination thereof, as may be permitted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018,as amended, and all other applicable laws, in one or more tranches in accordance with the applicable laws, and subject to such approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders of theCompany.
