Company has informed t te exchange inconnection with the demand notice dated July 27, 2026 (‘Demand Notice’) issued by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (‘NPPA’) for alleged overcharging under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 with respect to Betaloc-50 (Metoprolol 50 mg tablets). The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, vide its order dated August 24, 2026, has stayed the operation of the aforesaid Demand Notice until the next date of hearing i.e. February 10, 2027, subject to the Company depositing 15% of the amount mentioned in the Demand Notice with the Registrar General of the Court. Further, please find the details as required under the SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 attached herewith as Annexure .
