BHEL loses cloud support as ₹430 turns resistance

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd closed near ₹398.65 after a sharp decline from the ₹430 area, shifting the near-term chart from consolidation to caution. The stock is now trading below the visible Ichimoku reference lines clustered around ₹430.40. That level had acted as a balance point through recent weeks, but the failure to hold it has converted the zone into immediate overhead resistance.

The broader uptrend from the March breakout is still visible, yet the latest price action shows momentum cooling. The stock has slipped below the cloud’s nearby support structure and the lagging line has weakened, suggesting buyers need to regain control quickly. A recovery above ₹415 would be the first sign of stabilisation, but ₹430 remains the decisive level. A sustained close above it would improve the setup and reopen the path toward the recent highs. On the downside, ₹390 is the immediate support to watch. If selling continues below this level, ₹380 and then ₹360 become the next visible reference zones. BHEL remains linked to India’s power-equipment and industrial-capex cycle, which supports the larger structural narrative. However, the chart is no longer in a clean momentum phase. For now, traders should focus on whether ₹390 holds and whether any rebound can reclaim ₹430 rather than chase short-lived bounces.
