Federal Bank tests ₹320 as the correction deepens

Federal Bank has returned to the ₹320 zone after a 2.25% decline in the latest session. The ₹319–₹320 range is now the immediate decision point for the stock. The latest candle in

closed near its low, showing sellers remained active through the session. Price is below the Tenkan-sen at ₹323 and the Kijun-sen at ₹335, while the Ichimoku cloud sits overhead between roughly ₹329 and ₹343. This keeps the near-term structure corrective despite the broader prior uptrend. A sustained move back above ₹323 can steady the setup, but ₹329–₹335 must be reclaimed to signal that supply is easing. Failure to hold ₹319 could expose the next support zone near ₹310. For private banks, deposit growth, credit demand, margins and asset quality remain the core drivers behind any broader re-rating.
