IRCTC trades below the cloud as support weakens

Indian Railways Catering & Tourism Corp. Ltd. closed the week at ₹468.90 after gaining 2.2%, but the weekly bounce has not changed the broader downtrend. Price has declined steadily from the 2024 peak and remains near the lower end of the current structure. The latest green candle shows an attempt to stabilise after recent weakness, yet there is no higher-high pattern or decisive breakout to confirm that a durable recovery has started.

IRCTC
Ichimoku setup remains a major obstacle. The Tenkan-sen is around ₹475, while the Kijun-sen is near ₹514. More importantly, the cloud sits above price, beginning around ₹494 and extending towards ₹591. This creates a wide resistance area, meaning a minor weekly bounce can still encounter selling pressure before the trend meaningfully improves. ₹460–₹469 is the first support zone. A weekly close below ₹460 can expose the ₹430–₹440 area. On the upside, ₹475 is the initial hurdle, followed by ₹494 and then ₹514. Passenger-volume trends, catering growth, tourism demand and policy developments remain the key fundamental variables for IRCTC.
