Excelsoft Technologies, which listed at a premium to issue price, saw a gain of up to 19%.

On Wednesday, November 26, Excelsoft Technologies Ltd. shares were listed on the bourses at ₹135, a 12.5% premium over their issue price of ₹120. After listing, the share price increased by almost 19% to ₹142.59 per share. Subscriptions for the vertical software-as-a-service (SaaS) company's ₹500 crore first public offering (IPO) were accepted from November 19 to 21. It included an offer-for-sale (OFS) from current shareholders worth ₹320 crore and a new issue of shares at ₹180 crore.
