Lighting firm Surya Roshni Ltd on Monday (November 24) announced that it has secured an order worth ₹105.18 crore (including GST) from an engineering and infrastructure company for the supply of spiral pipes with external 3 LPE coating. The order, awarded by a domestic entity, is set to be executed within Gujarat with the delivery date scheduled for March 31, 2026. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the order does not fall under related party transactions.
