Orient Technologies Secures ₹76.2 Crore NPCI Order, Strengthening Its Position in Enterprise IT Solutions

Orient Technologies Ltd has secured a domestic purchase order worth ₹76.2 crore (excluding GST) from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for the supply of servers, marking another significant milestone for the company in the enterprise IT infrastructure space. The contract includes the supply of servers, end-of-sale support and a comprehensive 7-year warranty backed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), with execution scheduled within 18 weeks. The company clarified that the transaction is not a related-party deal and that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity. Earlier, shareholders approved the company’s first-ever bonus issue since its listing in August last year, with a bonus ratio of 1:10, entitling eligible shareholders to one additional share for every 10 shares held on the record date, which will be announced separately. The bonus issue will be funded through the capitalisation of ₹4.16 crore from the Securities Premium Account and has already received the necessary stock exchange approvals. Beyond this order, Orient Technologies continues to strengthen its presence across data centre solutions, servers, storage, networking equipment, cloud and data management services, cybersecurity, end-user computing and IT-enabled services, reinforcing its position as a diversified technology solutions provider. $ORIENTTECH Disclaimer: This post is for informational purposes only and not a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.
