has signed a long-term manufacturing agreement worth approximately ₹1,500 crore with a global chemical company, according to a report published on 13 October 2026. The agreement is expected to run for more than 10 years.
The deal adds to Aarti Industries’ speciality-chemicals business and provides potential revenue visibility over an extended period. Long-term manufacturing arrangements can help support capacity planning and customer relationships, although actual revenue will depend on production schedules and contractual terms.
The headline value is spread across multiple years, so it should not be treated as immediate revenue. Margins, raw-material costs, capacity utilisation and the timing of customer demand will determine the financial contribution.
What I’m watching: Further company disclosures on the product category, production commencement, capacity requirements and revenue recognition.
Stance: Tracking execution details and the eventual contribution to the speciality-chemicals business.
