Panache Digilife Moves Into Higher-Value Electronics Manufacturing
Panache Digilife (
PANACHE
) is moving beyond basic electronics assembly as India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem shifts toward higher-value, design-led capabilities.
In Q1 FY27, total income rose 73.1% YoY to ₹515.4 crore, while EBITDA increased 173.8% to ₹59.1 crore and PAT jumped 338.5% to ₹38.1 crore. EBITDA margin also expanded to 11.5% from 7.2% a year earlier.
The interesting part is the change in business mix. Panache operates across Design-Led Manufacturing (DLM) and Contract-Led Manufacturing (CLM), with capabilities spanning ICT, AIoT and digital infrastructure. The company is also expanding its technology ecosystem partnerships in Taiwan and the US, with a focus on AI PCs, IoT and smart devices.
India's electronics opportunity may therefore be moving from simply assembling products to building design, engineering and high-value manufacturing capabilities within the country.
