The Next Big Trade May Be in the Waiting Time

One underappreciated problem in Indian manufacturing is not demand. It is how long customers have to wait for critical equipment.

is seeing this firsthand. Management indicated that most factories are already carrying roughly two years of orders, while data-centre opportunities alone could be around $100 million. The interesting part: executable orders are reportedly being booked above its communicated margin guidance, suggesting the company isn't buying growth through aggressive pricing. If capacity, rather than demand, becomes the bottleneck, the beneficiaries could be companies able to add capacity without sacrificing margins. !Quality Power, !Shilchar Technologies, !Transformers & Rectifiers, Voltamp Transformers and Indo Tech Transformers are worth watching.
