Xpro India’s Q1 FY27 Polymer Business Shows a Turnaround
Xpro India Limited (
XPROINDIA
) is showing signs of a turnaround in its polymer processing business, with Q1 FY27 revenue rising 20.4% YoY to ₹174.4 crore. The company reported PAT of ₹9.8 crore, compared with ₹4.3 crore in Q1 FY26, while EBITDA stood at ₹15.3 crore.
The more interesting part is the improvement in profitability. EBITDA rose 128.3% YoY, while profit before tax increased 127.9%. Xpro India operates across polymer processing segments and has a diversified portfolio covering products such as dielectric films, co-extruded films and compounds.
The Q1 numbers therefore point to a business where earnings growth is currently running ahead of revenue growth, although the consolidated business continues to be affected by losses at its overseas subsidiary, Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC.
