HAL’s strong green candle reclaims both averages

HAL
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has surged through its converging 20-day and 55-day moving averages with a near-marubozu daily candle. The displayed price of ₹4,830.70 is almost at the session high of ₹4,833.90, while the opening price and low both stand at ₹4,680. This reflects sustained buying through the displayed session. The recovery follows a sharp dip towards ₹4,600, making the reclaim of both averages technically relevant. Buyers have recovered the ₹4,797–₹4,807 band in one move, putting the recent breakdown under question. The slopes add weight to the bullish interpretation. The 20-day average at ₹4,806.97 appears to be flattening after its decline, while the 55-day average at ₹4,797.43 continues to rise. Their convergence suggests that the short-term correction is meeting a still-improving medium-term trend. Holding above this band would strengthen the case that the pullback is ending. MACD has yet to confirm. Its line at −34.06 remains below the signal at −22.92, with a negative histogram of −11.14. However, the latest histogram bars show some contraction, suggesting that bearish momentum may be easing. Price is providing the stronger early signal. HAL’s aircraft, helicopter and maintenance activities link its business to defence procurement and fleet support. Delivery schedules, production execution and cash conversion determine how that demand translates into financial performance. A completed daily close above ₹4,807, followed by support around ₹4,800, would favour a recovery towards ₹4,950–₹5,000. Clearing that region could bring the August highs near ₹5,100–₹5,150 back into consideration. Losing the candle’s ₹4,680 low would weaken this bullish signal, while ₹4,600 remains the broader support reference.
