INDUSINDBK
] reported a standalone Q2 profit of Rs 1,176.1 crore, against a loss of Rs 444.8 crore a year earlier. The stock traded at Rs 835.00, down 1.82%, near a rising trend line. Net interest income grew 3.6% to Rs 4,569.5 crore. Operating profit rose 37% to Rs 2,778 crore, and provisions fell 53.6% to Rs 1,216.2 crore. Gross NPA eased to 2.73% from 3.25% and net NPA to 0.83% from 0.95%, both against the previous quarter. Lower provisions drove much of the profit swing, as net interest income grew only modestly. On the chart, the stock has made higher highs and higher lows since March 2025, but it has fallen since July 2026 and trades below its 50, 100 and 200-day averages. The RSI reads 31.78, a low reading that can persist in a downtrend. In my view, the short- and medium-term trend is bearish. Rs 800 and Rs 750 are the supports, and a fall below the trend line would put them in view. A move above the Rs 892 resistance would weaken the bearish view. Bearish view while price trades below Rs 892. Disclaimer: I do not hold any position in this. This content is for informational purposes only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
