KEI
] shares fell 8.49% to Rs 3,871.20 on 22 October, amid its Q2 results. It is the fifth straight session of losses. Consolidated profit rose 29% to Rs 262.5 crore from Rs 203.5 crore a year earlier. Revenue grew 38.5% to Rs 3,776.4 crore from Rs 2,726.3 crore. The update gives no margin data. The fall came despite the growth, which may show that expectations were higher than the numbers. On the daily chart, the stock rose from its April 2025 low to a peak near Rs 5,900 and has since fallen sharply. Today it gapped down and traded between Rs 3,852.00 and Rs 4,099.80, below the Rs 4,425 zone that held it up earlier. In my view, the near-term trend is bearish, with five straight losses and a move below earlier support. Rs 3,728, the 52-week low made in January 2026, is the key support, and a fall below it would put lower levels in view. A move back above Rs 4,425, the earlier support now acting as resistance, would weaken the bearish view. Bearish view while price trades below Rs 4,425.
