Recent corporate developments: The bank held its 102nd AGM in September, where seven resolutions were approved, including director/auditor-related resolutions and the ₹5 final dividend for FY26. Near-term point to watch: The bank's Q2 FY27 results will be important for checking whether loan/deposit growth is translating into sustained NIM and profit growth.
